Istanbul Mehmet Cymbals World Wide Warranty Policy
Istanbul Mehmet-Samatya series cymbals are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, All other Istanbul Mehmet series, have a 2 year warranty. If, after inspection by Istanbul Mehmet personnel, it is determined, that the cymbal failed under normal use, a replacement cymbal of the same size and series will be provided free of charge.

Istanbul Mehmet-Samatya series cymbals are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase, All other Istanbul Mehmet series, have a 2 year warranty. Payment/Billing/Shipping
After I have received your order by email or phone, I generally send you a secure paypal invoice within a few hours. Current inventory cymbals can be purchased by clicking on their paypal buy-now buttons. Your cymbal(s) usually ship out within 48 hours of received payment, most often by UPS Ground, occasionally by USPS. Unfortunately I'm not set up to accept credit cards directly by phone or online. If you don't have/want a paypal account, you can, of course, pay by money order or personal check. It does prolong the whole process considerably, however.

Returns
Cymbals may be returned in their original state for refund (minus
shipping charges) or exchange within 7 days of confirmed delivery- sorry, no exceptions. Please contact me first,
and include invoice and original packaging.
